Reminiscent of vibrant days sipping gin Rickeys and champagne by the poolside, Delusions of Grandeur hearkens back to our collective favorite themes and moments from The Great Gatsby. A fringe and pearls accord holds its frothy boundary against the gritty NYC rain, a reminder that one's delusions are only a single puddle splash away from reality. Two different types of tobacco and a touch of honey and oud for some richness provide a gentle base to this otherwise very top-note heavy, effervescent, and fizzy-feeling fragrance, leaving you wanting more and feeling ever so achingly melancholy.

note: This was created in partnership with our wonderful Library Workshop participants, who dissected the themes and motifs of The Great Gatsby and contrasted them with the perfume making process, helping us select many of the fragrance notes and overall tone of this fragrance.
