Eau de Parfum is a classification of personal fragrance in which the fragrance oils make up 10%-30% of the blend, with perfumer's alcohol making up the other percentage. It is the second-to-highest percentage, behind only perfume (30%+). Most of BibliOddities' personal fragrances fall into the eau de perfum category, with some perfumes. BibliOddities personal fragrances are made with a combination of accords and fragrance oils. This is entirely dependent on the maximum safety usage percentages of the fragrance oils & accords used in each fragrance profile, as dictated by IFRA documents.

Phthalates and parabens are common ingredients in many fragrance oils. Not in ours! We source our fragrances from companies that don't use these potentially harmful substances in the making of their oils, and then blend to our hearts' content to create unique and magical fragrance combinations of our own- that won't cause headaches!

We pride ourselves on complex and unique fragrances with a strong wax melt hot throw, and beautifully lingering wearable scents.

We use a high-quality blend of 100% soy wax and food-grade paraffin wax (nothing icky released upon melting) to create our melts. After much testing and comparison, this blend was chosen for its superior ability to hold fragrance and color, its hardness level, and therefore its capability to hold intricate shapes and withstand shipping conditions better than soy alone, and its incredible ability to be melted over and over again while retaining its fragrance potency. This allows you to use the same melt 3-6 times at ~3hrs each, meaning each individual large melt has 9-18hrs melt time each.
