This is a very beautiful and moody perfume. The musky orchid and pomegranate santal make it just sweet enough to add depth and nuance. The sweetgrass isn't sharp, the tea and cinnamon musk are a beautiful combination, and the resins are a classic I can never be mad at. My skin is naturally a bit alkaline and sweet projecting, so on me this smells a bit warmer and a tad deeper than it does in the bottle. This smells like a perfume you will catch a whiff off of a soft yet structured jacket someone hung up in an antique library. Lightly musky, skin sweet, mixed with old books and an echo of warm tea in the air.
I swear I was looking for this scent my whole life!!! It's just the right amount of floral + fruity, not overpowering, and after a couple hours, it softens to a subtler scent that's just sooo perfect. Still flirty and sweet, but calmer. I feel so pretty wearing this. I hope this one never gets discontinued - I am a complete fan for life!
